Visitors under 18, ICOM members, journalists with valid credentials, people with disabilities and their companions, students of the G. Rossini State Conservatory of Music, and holders of the Family Card issued by the Municipality of Pesaro.

The Pesaro Musei Card serves as your access pass to the Pesaro Musei circuit, temporary exhibitions, events, and other partner museums in the city and province of Pesaro.

Validity:

The Card is valid from the moment of purchase until December 31, 2025.

How it works:

  • The Card is identified by a QR code and must be printed or stored digitally (e.g., on a smartphone or tablet).
  • The Card is nominal, strictly personal, and non-transferable. Only adults can purchase the Card, but they can name a different cardholder at the time of purchase (including minors).
  • The Card must be presented along with an ID to staff at access points for validation.
  • Incorrect use of the Card (e.g., if the cardholder and user do not match) and/or presenting a damaged or illegible Card that prevents identification will result in denied access to the included services.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
  • In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the cardholder can request a free replacement from authorized retailers by presenting an ID.

Refund policy:

The Card is refundable only if purchased online, within 14 days of purchase (as per Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005), and if unused.
To request a refund, write to card@pesaro2024.it.

In all other cases, the Card is non-refundable.
